Hiring Process

Application Review
We don’t respond to all applicants, but we aim to get back to you within one week of your application if we think you might be a good fit.

Preliminary Screen
We’ll schedule a one-on-one Zoom call to talk about the company mission and job role, and to learn more about you.

Technical Screen
We may schedule a follow-up meeting with another team member to learn more about your technical experience or other skills relevant to the role. Alternatively, we may ask you to complete an at-home assignment or project in lieu of a meeting.

On-site Visit
You will meet with several team members for one-on-one interviews to discuss your technical skills, expertise, and other ways you could contribute to the culture at Atomic. Candidates may be asked to give a presentation to discuss a recent project and research background.

Job Offer
We will check your references and make a job offer with a compensation package based on your skills and experience.
