Excellent! Check out our open positions and fill out the online form. Here's what you can expect from the application and interview process:

  1. Application Review
    We don't respond to all applicants, but we aim to get back to you within one week of your application if we think you might be a good fit.
  2. Preliminary Screen
    We'll schedule a 30 minute one-on-one Zoom call to talk about the company mission and job role, and to learn more about you.
  3. Technical Screen
    We may schedule a follow-up meeting with another team member to learn more about your technical experience or other skills relevant to the role. Alternatively, we may ask you to complete an at-home assignment or project in lieu of a meeting.
  4. On-site Visit
    You will meet with several team members for one-on-one interviews to discuss your work history, accomplishments, and other ways you could contribute to the culture at Atomic. Candidates with PhDs may be asked to give a 60-minute presentation to the team to discuss a recent project and research background.
  5. Job Offer
    We will check your references and make a job offer with a compensation package based on your skills and experience.
